With a profound dedication to understanding the essence of life, existence, awareness, neuroscience, quantum physics, and the transformative power of self-growth, he remains a lifelong student in these fields.

In his sessions, Os blends inspiration, creativity, and empowerment, offering a diverse range of holistic tools. He is particularly known for the profound mental health benefits of his sessions and his commitment to supporting individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. His extensive experience spans mental health challenges such as anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, eating disorders, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and substance abuse. With over 25 years of experience, Os has consistently demonstrated adaptability, self-motivation, and an unwavering dedication to providing personalised, one-on-one care.

Beyond his therapeutic work, Os is also an accomplished musician, producer, songwriter, arranger, podcaster, and filmmaker. He is the visionary behind the Conscious Eating 21 Days Challenge and the author of The Wholeness of Yourself, further solidifying his role as a guide in personal transformation and well-being.
